The Cayenne Heavy DutyFlat Top Gas Griddleis practical, safe and easy to operate. It provides an efficient means of preparing high volumes of food in small amounts of time, and is ideally suited to steak houses, cafes, coffee shops and sandwich shops. The stainless steel body and burner construction make it sturdy. The cooking surface is 24 x 24, with 2 burners, each placed 12" apart, giving 30,000 BTUs per foot, or 60,000 BTUs overall. There are 5" side splashes and back splashes and a thermostatic control. This unit comes set up for Natural gas but can also be used with Propane, and the conversion kit is included.
