Ideally suited to be a small salad bar or cold dessert bar, this portable, mechanically refrigerated Cold Pan with Lamps has a Cherry wood grain wrapper, a fully enclosed buffet and an NSF2 certified clear acrylic breath guard. The 6" deep stainless steel well accommodates 4 pans and has a 1" drain. The solid base has locking casters to either allow mobility for cleaning and rearranging or stability for serving.
