Working our way down from there, we discover that the solid base of the station is wrapped in a classic Walnut woodgrain finish with a 35" high work surface formed of a single sheet of stainless steel, which makes it seamless, and therefore easier to clean. The heart of this food station is its 6" well with a 1" drain, also to make cleaning easier, into which 4 full sized pans fit perfectly. Locking casters make this unit both mobile, so that it can be moved for cleaning or any other reason you like, and stable, so that your guests can serve themselves without concern of its moving.
