Portable Three Well Deluxe Hot Food Stations with lamps (bulbs not included) offer the best possible scenario for serving your hot buffet items, because your food's temperature and moisture are maintained in an environment with adequate lighting for your diners to see how tasty it looks.  This piece is enclosed in a black wrapper and has a built-in acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance.  Storage is provided in the base, behind sliding doors.  Each well is thermostatically controlled by a 480W in-water heating element.  Thus, it maintains a steady temperature over time rather than having it waver when foods are added or pans get low.  This lessens the likelihood of the messy and unattractive problem of foods accidentally sticking to over heated pans.  The wells have manifold drains, which are easier to repair if necessary.  This piece sits on locking casters, so it can be moved for cleaning, but still rest securely during normal use.
