Portable Deluxe Three Well Hot Food Stations with lamps (bulbs not included) are an excellent choice when you want to keep your food selections heated without drying them out in the process. Each of the wells is thermostatically controlled by a 480W in-water heating element. That maintains a constant temperature, rather than having it change every time the temperature in the pan changes, such as when food levels slowly lower, or food is quickly refilled. When the temperature remains constant, you're less likely to have over-heated pans with food stuck on them on your buffet, in front of your diners. Additionally, each well has a manifold drain, which is more easily repaired.
The base is wrapped in a black finish, and has an acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance, which helps prevent the spread of germs. It also provides storage, with sliding doors to keep your supplies hidden away neatly. Locking casters give you the freedom to move the unit for cleaning or remodeling but still retain the ability of the piece to rest securely in one spot while in use.
