Product Description
Because the meal served on your needs to be perfect, at the right temperature and consistency, you need a Deluxe Portable Four Well Hot Food Station. Each of the wells measures 20" x 12" , and the manifold drain has individual shut-offs. This makes repairs less painful then they're necessary, because only the affected well has to be out of service during that time. The wells are thermostatically controlled by a 480W in-water heating element per each well. Being thermostatically controlled means that the temperature of the well doesn't change when the temperature of the pan changes, such as during refilling, or when food is slowly leaving the pan.
The unit is covered in a black wrapper and features an acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance to better stop the spread of germs. There's storage for your supplies or extra inventory under the base, hidden by the sliding doors. Locking casters give you both the freedom to move the piece for cleaning or any other reason and the stability or remaining in place once it's put somewhere.
