When you want to keep your hot buffet items heated and yet still moist, you need a Portable Deluxe Three Well Hot Food Station with lamps, (bulbs not included). It's provided with a storage base which has sliding doors for keeping a tidy appearance, and is enclosed with a black wrapper. There's also an acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance to help thwart the spread of germs in the air to your food. The wells measure 20" x 12" , have manifold rains, which are easier on upkeep, and are thermostatically controlled. This means that your temperature is maintained at a more steady level rather than rising and falling as now products are added or get low in the pans, and that prevents foods from sticking to over-heated pans. There's a 480W in-water heating element in every well. The food station rests on locking casters, so it can be moved for cleaning, or relocated for remodeling, but still sit securely when it's in place.
