The wells, each measuring 20" x 12" , maintain their temperature through the means of a 480W in-water heating element placed in each one. The manifold drain on this unit has individual drain cut-offs for each well, which makes repairs less intrusive because the well or drain affected can be addressed without shutting down the entire food station.
The piece is wrapped in a granite finish and features an acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance to short-circuit the spread of germs. There's also storage hidden behind the sliding doors, so your supplies and extra inventory are kept tidily out of sight. Locking casters provide roaming priviledges for your equipment, allowing it to be moved for cleaning, but still also enable you to place it securely in one spot any time you need to do so.
