Buffets and hot dessert bars can be operated smoothly on this portableFour Well Hot Food Station Deluxe with Lampshas a warm, inviting, Cherry wood grain wrapper,and an NSF2 certified clear acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance for preventing the spread of germs. The (4) 20" x12" thermoset sealed wells with manifold drains make this a practical choice, because one drain at a time can be closed, meaning that service or repair of one well or drain doesn't have to impact the entire unit. Each well has a 480W in-water heating element that's thermostatically controlled. This helps to maintain a consistent temperature. The open storage base offers an abundance of room for storing extra stock, and has a 35" high work surface. The locking casters allow mobility forcleaning and rearranging or stability for serving.
