This one has a homeyCherry wood grain wrapper, and an NSF2 certified clear acrylic breathguard with a 12" clearance for making your stand against the spread of germs. The (4) 20" x 12" thermoset sealed wells with manifold drains offer a common-sense approach to maintenance, because each drain can be closed off individually, meaning that service on one well or drain doesn't adversely affect the entire unit. Each of the wells has its own 480W thermostatically in-water heating element to maintain a consistent temperature.
The open storage base offers a convenient spot for stashing away supplies. All of these units have locking casters which grant mobilityfor cleaning and rearranging or stability for serving.
