A Deluxe Portable Four Well Hot Food Station will help you get to that point.
All the wells in this station are thermostatically controlled and measure 20" x 12" . Being thermostatically controlled is a strong advantage because it prevents the temperature in your wells from fluctuating when the temperature in the pan seesaws. Foods being added and removed from pans due to filling and serving can cause temperatures to vary in the pan, but the 480W in water heating element in each well rapidly adjusts to these changes and restores proper temperature to your buffet. These wells also have manifold drains, which is another benefit, because they are shut off individually. If a well or drain needs maintenance, then entire system isn't out of commission. Simply shut off the affected drain until you can have repairs made.
The body of the station is wrapped in a warm and inviting Cherry woodgrain finish. An acrylic breath guard to fend off germs comes standard. The unit has a storage base with sliding doors, which allows you to handily squirrel away your supplies or extra inventory and keep them hidden from public view. Locking casters make the station both mobile and stable. When unlocked, you can move it for any reason you might need to, such as cleaning. When locked, the station rests securely where you put it.
