A Deluxe Portable Four Well Hot Food Station can put you well on your way to this.
Each of the wells in this unit measures 20" x 12" and is thermostatically controlled, which is a great strength of this piece, because it means that the temperature of the well doesn't seesaw with the temperature of the pans. As food is served or refilled, the temperature of the pan shifts, but the 480F in-water heating element in each well quickly responds to set it right. Another benefit so these wells is the manifold drains, which are individually shut off. If one well or drain is in need of repair, you won't have to shut down the entire piece of equipment. You can simply shut down the well in question.
The frame of the station is enclosed in a traditional Walnut woodgrain finish which will compliment any decor. A 35" high work surface and an acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance are a few other features of this unit. The storage base allows you to tuck away supplies behind the sliding doors, away from public view. Locking casters llow you to both move the station for leaning and place it securely where you want it without worry of its rolling somewhere else.
