A significant portion of your hot buffet can be replaced with the gentle care of Halo Heat which protects the goodness of your cooked foods without continuing to cook them, and you don't even have to purchase large pieces of equipment. If you have a self-service counter with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting, or a prep table for plating hot foods, you're ready for the stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit. It will hold three 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans and three 12 inch x 6 inch one-third size pans. The unit includes two full-size pan dividers and six half or third size pans dividers. Pans aren't included. It's thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the well by a water-tight flexible 36 inch tether, and can be flush mounted to the counter-top. Because no water is added to the unit, no drain is necessary. You also avoid steam burns, and lime and scale build up. EcoSmart technology is the genius behind this line, so it's both energy efficient and environmentally sound.
