Some ideas seem to magnetically attract customers. Salad bars and cold buffets do this when they're fresh and delicious. Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units provide the right conditions to keep them in perfectly appetizing. These self-contained cold wells are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and insulated with foamed in non-CFC polyurethane. R-404A is the refrigerant used. This well makes room for 5 full size pans. They're supported on the ends by the recessed edges of the piece. Side support comes from 6 divider bars. The interior of the well has coved corners and a drain with a gate valve on one end. A temperature of less than 41F is assured by the thermostatic control. The condenser is cleverly placed on a swivel so that it can be mounted on any side of the well. The dual air movement louver and the sliding shroud are responsible for the direction of air flow. EcoSmart technology is Alto-Shaam's answer to energy conservation, and empowers this well to lower your energy costs by using less electricity.
