Whether you're looking for replacement parts or an upgrade, you can use the 4-3/8 inch stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit with a large flange anywhere there's a self-service counter with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting or a prep table for plating hot foods. It has a capacity of five 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans which are 4 inch deep. The pans aren't included. It's thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The control is bound to the well by a flexible water-tight 36 inch tether, and can be flush-mounted to the counter-top. Since water isn't added to the well, a drain isn't needed. Steam burns don't occur. Lime and scale build up are staunched. Having been built under the precepts of EcoSmart technology, the line is energy efficient, and environmentally friendly.
