If you want Halo Heat's edge when it comes to keeping your foods in their best condition, but you aren't ready to add a large piece of equipment, there's still hope for you. If you've got a self-service counter with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting, or a prep table for plating hot foods, you have what you need to add this 6-3/8 inch deep stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit with a large flange. It's capacity is five 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. The pans aren't included. It's thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The thermostat is bound to the well by a flexible water-tight tether that's 36 inch long. You may flush-mount the the control to the counter-top. Because water isn't added to the unit, no drain is required. Lime and scale deposits don't build up. Steam burns are prevented. EcoSmart technology is the design ethic behind the line, so it's a wise choice for your foods, your budget and your planet.
