Arriving on-location with hot, delicious food is key to your success as a catering service. This Halo Heat Hot Food Storage Unit will assist you in accomplishing that goal. It's a one-compartment heated holding case with French doors. The doors have positive latch handles. Fully constructed of stainless steel, this holding case is rugged enough to deal with life in a delivery van, or various out door venues, and still wipes clean very simply. The steel unit contains six full-size 12 inch x 20 inch pans, or 190 lbs. overall weight capacity. The adjustable thermostat covers a temperature range between 60 and 200F, and an exterior temperature gauge makes you aware of the temperature inside of the case. An indicator light conveys that the machine is in use.
