The Prodigi Classic Combination Oven/Steamer is an example of this idea in action. It's made of stainless steel and can contain 10 half size sheet pans and 11 full size hotel pans. Being boiler-free, the oven has less maintenance, usage costs and down time than its competition. Zero clearance is needed, so it can be added to your kitchen line up with a minimum of floor and hood space being consumed. Adjustable legs support this unit. Three cooking modes are working for you in this oven. Steam, convection and combination modes offer a wide variety of cooking functions and increased cooking speed. SafeVent is the function which causes the automatic steam ventilation taking place immediately before the end of the cooking cycles which helps to lessen the incurring of burns. Having been built with EcoSmart technology, this oven uses water and electricity frugally in the cooking and cleaning modes, lowering your energy costs.
