Here's an stainless steel countertop model which can hold 10 full size sheet pans and 22 full size hotel pans. That's a great amount of cooking capacity in a small amount of space. Your well-being is acknowledged throughout this oven and another function added specifically for user safety is SafeVent , the automatic ventilation of steam shortly preceding the completion of a cooking cycle. There's no boiler in this oven, so the time and cost of boiler maintenance have been eradicated. The combitherm requires zero clearance, so the amount of hood space and floor space needed is precisely the same as the dimensions of the piece. It rests on adjustable legs. The cooking modes are steam, convection and combination. EcoSmart technology makes this unit an energy efficient appliance, using less electricity and water in the cooking and cleaning cycles, and lowering your utility costs.
