Prodigi Classic Combination Oven/Steamers blend the tender care of steam cooking with the speed of convection cooking in one dynamic oven. On the subject of your protection, SafeVent provides an additional strong measure. It's the automatic steam ventilation which takes place in the moments before the end of a cooking cycle. Zero clearance is needed for this oven, so it needs to extra floor or hood space beyond its dimensions. The oven is placed on adjustable legs. Convection, steam and combination are the cooking modes. Water and electricity are both used sparingly during the cooking and cleaning cycles due to EcoSmart technology, which lowers your utility costs.
