This Prodigi Classic Combination Oven/Steamer fuses together the strengths of several different pieces of kitchen equipment into one piece which amplifies the efficiency with which you use you your space, time and money. This electric, countertop model is made of stainless steel, and which upholds 7 full size sheet pans and 16 full size hotel pans. The door has a triple pane glass window which retains heat inside the oven while allowing a peek at your cooking without fear of burns. The oven operates without a boiler, and that reduces maintenance, cost and downtime. Zero clearance is needed for this unit, so it can be easily added to your kitchen line with only a minimal need for floor or hood space. It's stabilized on adjustable legs. Three cooking modes, steam, convection, and combination, are at the heart of the unit's purpose. SafeVent is the automatic steam ventilation which occurs shortly before preceding the end of the cooking cycle which also lessens the possibility of burns. EcoSmart technology makes empowers the oven to use less water and electricity in the cooking and cleaning modes, thereby lowering your utility costs.
