The Prodigi Pro Combination Oven/Steamer is a smart oven.  No, it doesn't fit in your pocket, and you can't Skype, but those are very nearly the only limitations. It's constructed of stainless steel with a seamless interior cavity which makes for easier cleaning due to crumbs not being caught in seams, and a roll-in cart with 19 non-tilting support rails to accommodate 20 full size sheet pans or 40 full size hotel pans. It's boiler-free, which eliminates some maintenance and part replacement. Automatic steam ventilation immediately prior to the end of the cooking cycle is a strong safety feature which lessens burns. EcoSmart technology helps this behemoth use electricity and water carefully in the cooking and cleaning cycles. This is a serious oven for a serious kitchen.
