If you're looking for state-of-the-art gas kitchen you equipment to exceed all your expectations, the stainless steel Prodigi Pro Combination Oven/Steamer will do it. A roll-in cart included with the oven cabinet accommodates 20 full size sheet pans and 40 full size hotel pans. The door has a triple pane glass viewing window which retains the heat in the oven while providing a burn-free viewing spot. The probe supplied gives you the opportunity to cook meats to a specific internal temperature. The unit has a zero clearance design, so it can be placed immediately adjacent to other pieces of equipment, thus saving floor and hood space. The oven relies on adjustable legs for support, and the roll-in cart is made mobile by four swivel casters, two of which have locking brakes. The cooking modes are steam, convection, and combination. SafeVent is the function which automatically vents steam shortly before the end of the cooking cycles in order to lower the incidence of burns. Having been built with EcoSmart technology, this impressive piece also uses water and electricity in its cooking and cleaning modes frugally.
