This electric countertop oven brings all the efficiency of a Prodigi Pro Combination Oven/Steamer with a smaller space. Constructed of stainless steel, the oven can hold 6 half size sheet pans or 6 full size hotel pans. Its door has a triple pane glass window for safe viewing. This oven is boiler-free, and that lowers the maintenance, cost of operation, and down time. The unit comes with adjustable legs, but being a countertop model, it can also be stacked in most places. Requiring zero clearance, it joins your line using only minimal floor and hood space. Three cooking and heating functions, steam, convection, and combination are provided. SafeVent is the function which automatically releases steam shortly prior to the end of a cooking cycle in order to reduce the likelihood of burns. EcoSmart technology is what empowers the unit to use less water and electricity in the cooking and cleaning cycles, thus lowering your utility costs.
