If you're operating a restaurant, you know that one of the most important pieces of equipment under your roof is your range. It needs to be heavy duty so it'll stand up to the rigors of constant use. American Range took that into consideration when building this 60 inch Heavy Duty Gas Restaurant Range.
Ten gasketless open burners, each with a standing pilot for instant ignition and 32,000 BTU total output, grant you an abundance of cooktop capability. The 12 inch x 12 inch cast iron grates are easily removed for cleaning. There's drip pan/crumb tray which spans the entire width of the cooktop and helps to keep spills from landing in the floor. Saute heads or Wok heads are available at an upcharge. The knobs are a polished, glossy black.
Two standard ovens, each 26-1/2 inch wide, round out the cooking capacity of this spacious range. Each oven has one rack with two rack positions, and additional racks can always be purchased if needed. The temperature range on the ovens is from 150 to 500F and there's a 100% safety shut-off valve if maximum temperature is reached. The sturdy stainless steel construction of the oven adds to the overall strength of the entire stainless steel unit. The front, side, high shelf and front bullnose ledge are all stainless steel as well. The 6 inch legs are chrome plated and have adjustable feet. If you prefer casters, they're sold separately.
