This heavy duty commercial gas range is 36"W and features 6 open burners. Each burner produces a heat output of 32,000 BTU and is covered with an easily removable 12" x 12" cast iron grate. The range is stainless steel and has 6" chrome plated legs. There are extra oven racks and casters that are sold separately. The built-in standard oven comes with one rack (additional racks sold separately) and features a lift-off door for easy cleaning and maintenance. Comes standard with 6" adjustable legs.
