The body of the range is entirely constructed of stainless steel, including the valve control cover, and the door is made of double layer stainless steel. This range comes with a back high riser standard, but if you prefer a back stub, that's also available at no additional charge. Both of these are made of stainless steel as well. There's even a 6 inch front bullnose ledge that's stainless steel, and there to prevent spills from landing in the floor. This unit has 6 open burners, a griddle top, and two
standard ovens, measuring 26-1/2 inch each. Each gasketless open burner has its own standing pilot with an output of 32,000 BTUs, and is covered by a 12 inch x 12 inch cast iron grate which can be easily removed for cleaning. A full width drip pan/crumb tray prevents debris from the burners from falling into the range of the floor.
This cooktop has a highly polished 24 inch griddle plate as well. It's 3/4 inch thick, manually controlled, and located on the left of the range. There's a 3 inch grease trough with a deep grease drawer. The output of this griddle is 20,000 BTUs for every foot of griddle surface. Thermostatic controls and grooved griddles are available at an upcharge.
The base of the range contains 2
standard ovens, each measuring 26-1/2 inch . The welded frame of the ovens adds extra stability to the overall range. There's one oven rack, with two rack positions, but additional racks are available as an option. The output of the oven is 35,000 BTUs. It's thermostatically controlled, with a temperature range of 150 to 500F and has a matchless push button ignition pilot as well as a 100% gas shut-off valve when maximum heat is reached. The entire range rests on 6 inch chrome plated legs with adjustable feet. If you prefer, casters are sold separately.
