This Heavy Duty Restaurant Range is gas and 24"W. There is a 24" griddle, with a steel burner that's rated at 20,000 BTUs per foot, or 40,000 BTUs overall, and a 3/4" thick grill plate, and a 27,000 BTU, 20" standard oven with one rack and two rack positions. The temperature range on the oven is 150 to 500F and for safety, there's a 100% gas shut off valve. The front and sides are stainless steel, and the drip trough/crumb tray is full width. Extra oven racks and casters are sold separately. The range comes with a high shelf and riser, and 6" chrome plated legs. The total BTU output for this piece of equipment is 67,000.
