American Range is here to address that situation with this 60 inch Heavy Duty Restaurant Gas Range.
This range is constructed completely of stainless steel and offers 6 gasketless open burners as well as a raised griddle plate on the right side of the cooktop, along with 2
standard ovens, each measuring 26-1/2 inch , in the base of the range. The burners each have their own standing pilot and are covered by 12 inch x 12 inch cast iron grates which can be easily removed for cleaning. The cooktop also features a 6 inch front bullnose ledge which catches spills so that they don't land in the floor or on the chef. The full width drip pan/crumb tray is another means of keeping both your range and your kitchen clean because it prevent cooking debris from falling into either the range of the floor. The burners are rated at 32,000 BTUs each. A Saute head or Wok head are also optionally available at an upcharge.
The cooktop lists a raised griddle along with its other highlights. It's 24 inch wide, and has a chrome plated broiled rack with 2 rack positions. The griddle top offers both a drip pan/crumb tray and a 3 inch grease trough, all in the interest of keeping your kitchen cleaner. There's one 20,000 BTU burner for every 12 inch of griddle top space, making this a 40,000 BTU component.
The welded frame of the base of the oven adds extra support to the overall range. The doors of each over are constructed of double layer stainless steel. Each oven comes with one rack and two rack positions. Additional racks are sold separately if they're needed. The oven is thermostatically controlled, with a temperature range of 150 to 500 F, and has a matchless ignition button for the pilot, as well as a 100% gas shut-off valve for when maximum temperature is reached. The range sits on 6 inch chrome plated legs with adjustable feet. Casters are sold separately if you prefer them.
