This range oven has 3 size burners to serve your everyday needs: 25,000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, and 12,000 BTU. This Range oven has a ceramic infrared broiler that provides rapid searing at 1800F, . Quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures are created with a 28,000 BTU Bake Burner. This fail-safe system ensures re-ignition in the event a fire goes out even on the lowest burning setting. The Innovection System comes with a convection fan that optimizes uniform air flow. This range oven has a multiple function that include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, and Infrared Broil and Fan mode. This range has an extra-large viewing window with an oven door. This oven accommodates full size commercial sheet pans.
