This Medallion Range has 6 sealed gas burners with an 11" gas grill and 11" gas griddle. It comes with (2) Innovection ovens with an infrared broiler in each oven. This residential oven has 3 size burners to serve your everyday needs: 17,000 BTU, 13,000 BTU and 9,000 BTU. This residential oven makes it easy to cook like a professional chef right in your own kitchen. It comes with multiple functions that include a Full Power mode for Standard Bake, Convection Bake, and Infrared Broil. There is also a Warm Mode function that comes with a Dehydrate, Crisping and Proofing setting. Safety is a must in your residential kitchen that's why this residential range comes with a child lock-out function to ensure safety. This residential range has a programmable self cleaning function for effortless oven maintenance. Two lights in each oven are controlled from the front panel switch. This broiler reaches searing temperatures of 3,500 watts in 3 seconds. This range has a straight convection with a single high-speed convection fan with a 2,200 watt convection ring heater and proprietary, stainless steel air flow directors.
