This residential range oven has a quick preheat time that cooks the food at uniform temperatures created with a 28,000 BTU Bake Burner. This range oven comes with an Innovection System with a convection fan that optimizes a uniform air flow. This oven has multiple functions that include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, Infrared Broil and Fan mode. It also includes an extra-large viewing window in the oven door. This range accomodates full size commercial sheet pans.
