This residential range comes with an infrared broiler. It has 3 size burners to serve your everyday needs: 17,000 BTU, 13,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU. This residential range comes with a stainless steel back trim included and installed. This range has a one piece durable precision frame construction oven front. This ceramic infrared broiler provides rapid searing at1800F, . The range oven has quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures are created with a 28,000 BTU Bake Burner. The innovection system has a convection fan that optimizes uniform air flow. This oven operates on several settings including: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, Infrared Broil and Fan mode. This oven has an extra-large viewing window in oven door. This oven accomodates full size commercial sheet pans.
