This Griddle is a gas countertop unit, and at only 24"W, it helps to conserve space in an already-crowded kitchen. The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and is a smooth polished plate with thermostatic controls and a pilot. The front and sides are stainless steel. It has thermostatic controls and an overall output of 60,000 BTUs.
