A Countertop Gas Griddle is a space-efficient way to make pancakes and grilled sandwiches in your restaurant kitchen with adding another full-scale appliance. This one is 48"W and has a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate, thermostatic controls with pilot, stainless steel front and sides. It has 4" legs, U shape burners, 30,000 BTU per every foot of griddle surface for a total of 120,000 BTUs, and a Utility Bar for holding tongs and various cooking utensils. Vollrath stands behind it with a one year limited warranty on parts and labor.
