This Teppan-Yaki Griddle is a counter top unit, gas. The griddle is 36"W and has a stainless steel exterior and a 3/4" smooth polished steel plate with manual controls. There's a large removable grease can and a stainless steel grease trough. The one piece rolled front is easier to clean. There's one burner with an adjustable gas valve and a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The overall output is 30,000 BTUs. There's a limited 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
