With all the meals you're preparing at once in your hectic commercial kitchen, it's no wonder that sometimes you need more space on your cooktop. One practical way to achieve this is with an Economy Style Stock Pot Stove. This space-efficient model measures 18 inch W x 21 inch D x 18 inch H and it's constructed of stainless steel, so it's tough enough to last and yet still easily cleaned. The one burner head features concentric rings to offer three sizes of burners, each manually controlled. There are stainless steel pilots for quick, simple ignition. Having a storage cavity in the base is conducive keeping frequently used ingredients, such as spices, in arm's reach for speedy adjustments to the dish being prepared. A full width crumb tray catches cooking debris before it lands in the floor. This piece of equipment rests on 6" legs and is protected by a limited one year warranty on parts and labor.
