This handy dual cooking surface clamshell panini grill comes with a glass cooking surface which drastically cuts down on cook time and also makes clean-up a breeze. This model comes with ribbed top and smooth bottom cooking surfaces that gives your panini's those classic grill marks. The adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures of up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit while the handle is still cool to the touch, preventing nasty burns.
