This portable cast iron griddle is perfect for any application where you have a high volume of orders to fill but you still need to save on space such as buffets. The stainless steel construction makes this model extremely durable while the charcoal grey, non-stick cooking surface makes this model very easy to keep clean. The heating element can reach temperatures of up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit but thanks to the cool touch stainless steel handles and removable backsplash/splatter guard, you won't have to worry about burning yourself but to be on the safe side it is not reccommended that you use this griddle for more than 2 hours at a time.
