This lockable knife cabinet comes with an included removable knife rack that is perfect for any institution where safety and security are paramount. The cabinet is constructed from heavy duty 14 gauge stainless steel and features a piano hinge, which eliminates and chance of unauthorized access when closed. Another added safety feature is the front view window that allows you to visually inspect the cabinet and make sure all of the knives are still in the right spot.
