This 10 lb. Poseidon digital portion control scale is designed to be completely submersible, which allows it to easily be cleaned and also protects from accidental spills. It comes with an over sized6 x 6-3/4in. platform that allows for precise readings on larger portions and foods, and thanks to it's stainless steel construction, it can handle the daily stresses of any high volume commercial kitchen.
