A massive 71 cubic feet of refrigerated storage is provided by the three-section Reach-In Refrigerator with top and bottom half-door combos. It's built wholly of stainless steel, including the bottom halves of the doors, with the exception of the top door halves, which are made of double pane glass with a layer of thermal insulation between the panes. The doors have rounded corners to present a more current image. All the top doors have die cast handles and all the bottom doors have recessed handles. Snap-on magnetic gaskets keep the unit air-tight and are simple to remove and clean. Door heaters prevent condensation from building. They have a power switch, so you may opt to conserve energy by not using them. There are three epoxy coated wire shelves per section included with the package, for a total of 9 shelves. Vertical LED lighting enhances the visibility in the interior and has a safety shield and a power switch, also available for conserving energy. Self-contained refrigeration is mounted on top of the unit. It uses R-134A refrigerant to do its work, and is assisted by 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation to maintain a proper temperature range of 33-41F. The digital display uses a microchip to monitor your temperature, and you may set or adjust in using push buttons. The timed defrost can be adjusted in a range of every 3 to 12 hours. This refrigerator is pre-wired, so it arrives ready for operation. It's placed on 4 casters, with the front 2 having locking brakes. Everest provides a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
