A reliable Sandwich Prep Table can be a major part of building a strong lunch business. This one section stainless steel model has 6.5 cubic feet of capacity. It's surrounded by 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation. It's refrigeration is self-contained and back-mounted. It's also a front-breathing piece, and can be built in to a counter. The condenser slides out for easy cleaning. R-134A is the refrigerant used with the system. The air defrost feature is controlled by an electrical timer, so you defrost the case your convenience. The drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles for a sleek, modern look. Frame heaters prevent the formation of condensation. A snap-in magnetic gasket is another component which can be removed for cleaning. Two half-size pans, fit in each drawer for a total of four pans. Low friction slide bearings make opening and closing the drawers easy. The prep area has 1/2 inch of insulation, and comes with a sanitary cutting board that's 12 inch and 1/4"Deep. The board is removable and adjustable. Eight 1/6 size sanitary PVC pans are supplied with the table. (The drawer pans aren't included.) The temperature range of 33 to 41F is easily set with an analog thermostat. The table is placed on casters. The front two of them have locking brakes.
