The stainless steel floor of the case is hygienic and rugged. The compressor, which is located on the left side of the case, is concealed behind black coated steel. There's an exterior-mounted power switch for the case, but no temperature control device, because that's factory set at 38F, and keeps itself that cool in an ambient environment of up to 80F. Everest offers a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
