Extra storage space and the convenience of finding what you're looking for before you ever reach the refrigerator are some of the benefits of the wide two-section Reach-In Refrigerator with 55 cubic feet of storage. It's made of stainless steel, both inside and out, and has 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation to help maintain its cool temperatures. The self-contained condenser is located on the top of the unit. R-134A refrigerant is used because it's a safer choice for the environment. The air defrost function is electrically timed, and operates every 3 to 12 hours, on your preferred schedule. The defrost cycles are both time and temperature terminated, to be certain of cooling being restored at the appropriate time. The self-closing doors are framed by gray PVC and have perimeter frame heaters to prevent the formation of condensation. They're made of double-pane glass, with a clear layer of thermal insulation between them. They have die cast handles and are field-reversible on 2013 models. Six epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied with the unit and expand its storage capacity. Vertical LED lighting is safety-coated and brightens the interior of your equipment. The ideal temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit is set and adjusted by push buttons. A microchip has been added to monitor the temperature, and you can check it on the digital display. The unit is placed on four casters, with the two in front having locking brakes. Everest backs this product with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
