The ESRF2D2 dual-temp features 44 cubic feet of overall storage capacity, with 22 cu. ft. refrigeration and 22 cu. ft. freezer capacity. It's perfect for storing a variety of different foods in the same unit, and will help improve organization in any commercial kitchen. This two-section unit features a full-size reach-in freezer on the right, with one half-size reach in refrigerator and two drawer refrigerators on the left. The freezer has three epoxy coated wire shelves, and safety-shielded interior lighting. The refrigerator compartment behind the door also has safety-shielded interior lighting and one epoxy coated wire shelf. The doors and drawers all have rounded corners and recessed handles. Frame perimeter heaters prevent the build-up of condensation. This unit is built of stainless steel, with a 2.5 inch layer of polyurethane foam for insulation. Its top-mounted refrigeration system uses R-134A refrigerant. The air defrost function is electrically timed and can be set to operate every 3 to 12 hours. It's both time and temperature terminated, just to be on the safe side. Push buttons allow you to set and adjust the temperature range of 33 to 41F. A digital display can verify that temperature for you. Two of the four casters with this unit have locking brakes.
