Everest ESRH2 Reach-In Refrigerator
This one-section Reach-In Refrigerator with 23 cubic feet of storage relies on the wisdom of your parents to conserve energy. "Close the refrigerator door!" With two half-doors, you never have to open an entire door, and therefore consume less energy every time you open your refrigerator. It's simple genius, and when you're balancing the books of a busy restaurant, it's the sort of idea that helps. Its interior and exterior are both made of stainless steel, and 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam insulation serve to keep it cooler. The top-mounted refrigeration uses R-134A refrigerant and has a timed defrost function. You can set the unit to defrost every 3 to 12 hours, dependent upon what works best with your schedule and best maintains the efficiency of your machine. It's both time and temperature terminated, so cooling is restored in an effective manner. Its lockable doors have rounded corners and recessed handles, for a more updated appearance. Perimeter frame heaters staunch the build-up of condensation. They're also field reversible, which can be of great benefit with some floor plans. Three epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied with the unit. The interior lighting is safety-shielded, so that as rushed staff reach for perishables, they don't accidentally break bulbs. The temperature range is from 33 to 41F, and it's operated by push buttons and monitored by a microchip. You can scan your interior temperature on the run with a fleeting look at the digital display. The refrigerator rests on four casters, and the two front casters have locking brakes. Everest backs up the quality of this product with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.
