Everest ETBSF2 Undercounter Freezer
Undercounter Freezers like this one meet more than one need in your hectic commercial kitchen, and that's always a bonus. In addition to creating 7.5 cubic feet of storage capacity, the unit has a 16 gauge stainless steel work surface. It's made of stainless steel, both interior and exterior, and is helped in maintaining its proper temperature by 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation. The condenser is back-mounted and slides out for cleaning and maintenance. R-404A refrigerant is used. This is a front-vented unit, so it lends itself to built-in applications. An electrically timed defrost function helps to keep your equipment in perfect working order. The doors have rounded corners and recessed handles. They're also self-closing, and have door frame heaters which prevent the build-up of condensation. Two epoxy coated wire shelves are provided for each section, so there are four shelves total. The frosty temperature range of -10 to 32F is set and operated with an analog thermostat. The freezer rests on four casters, with the two front casters having locking brakes. Everest provides a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor..
