The Master Series Convection Oven from Garland is great for any size kitchen or need. This gas oven has a direct spark ignition with a 100% safety shutoff and uses natural or propane gas. The 2-speed fan circulates the heat, up to 500°F, evenly cooking the food. It features a 60/40 dependent door design with double pane thermal windows and interior lighting so you can quickly glance at the cooking progress. The interior is enameled with porcelain and features coved corners. The cooking height is 24 inch and includes 6 chrome plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. It also features Master 200 solid state controls with an electromachanical timer. This double-deck, standard depth gas oven is constructed from stainless steel.
