Keep your soups hot and delicious without continuing to cook them by using the Halo Heat Hot Food Round (Soup) Well. The electric drop-in heated well base is designed to hold an 11 qt., or 10.5 liter soup pan, which isn't included. It can be used in any existing counter-top set with a sneeze guard and overhead light, or at a prep table where hot food is plated. The well is made of stainless steel, insulated, and thermostatically controlled. It has a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The thermostat is attached to the well by a water-resistant tether. No water is added to the well, so there's no need for a drain, no steam burns, and no lime or scale build-up. It's built with EcoSmart technology, so it's kind to your cooking and as well as the environment.
